What insurance policy is shown for validation?
We use your latest personal lines automobile insurance policy for validation. This policy may be an expired policy.
If you drive a vehicle for commercial purposes or have a work vehicle, it is likely using a commercial automobile insurance policy. We do not use commercial policies to validate your identity.
Who is the most recent insurer on your policy?
Select your most recent insurer from the list displayed. If you do not recognize the insurers from the list, check the details of your insurance policy, this can be found on your pink slip, proof of car insurance card, motor liability card, or a copy of your insurance policy.
Note: Insurance brokers and banks may use a different insurance company name on your insurance policy, so it is best to check these documents.
What month does your policy expire/renew?
Select the month when your policy is set to expire or would have expired.
Note: If your policy was cancelled, select the month of natural expiry – when the policy would have expired if it was not cancelled.
What vehicle is listed on your latest policy?
Select the year, make, and model of one of the vehicle(s) that appears on your most recent policy.
